- Returns Policy: Goods will be accepted for return subject to approval of management.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued only for unopened boxes of tiles returned within 15 days of the purchase date. Adhesive and grout are not eligible for refunds.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking charge of 20% may apply for returns considered excessive.
- Proof of Purchase: No refund will be provided without a valid receipt. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Non-stock items, cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Deposits: Deposits will be forfeited after 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Warranties: The Company does not offer warranties on crazing, shading variations, or other defects in tiles. All goods are subject to the manufacturer’s guarantees and conditions. Shade variations are inherent limitation in tile manufacturing.
- Tile Inspection: Customers must ensure they have an acceptable blend of color and the correct quantities before tiles are fixed. No claims will be accepted once tiles have been affixed.
- Delivery Conditions: Orders and delivery promises are subject to the availability of labor and materials. We are not liable for delays due to manufacturer uncertainties, strikes, accidents, or other factors beyond our control.
- Damage or Incorrect Materials: Claims for damage or incorrect materials must be made at the time of purchase or delivery.
- Uncollected Items: All items will be deemed collected 30 days after the purchase date.
- Quantity Verification: Customers are responsible for checking the quantities of goods at the time of purchase or delivery, as no claims can be made later.
- Order Cancellations: Items cannot be cancelled from any order, whether paid in full or with a deposit, once collected or prepared for collection.
- Stock Availability: It is recommended to purchase sufficient material in one order, as no guarantee can be made that items will remain in stock.
- Legal Rights: These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Sale of Goods Act, 1893 (as amended).
- Use and Suitability: All tiles and materials sold by Bluechips Ltd. are provided without explicit or implied warranties regarding suitability for any particular purpose or location. Bluechips Ltd. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the tiles, regardless of any contractual obligations.
- Tile Safety: No responsibility will be accepted for any damage or injury caused by the use of tiles. Please be aware that tiles can become slippery when wet.
